How We Do It
We employ proven methods and design strategies. A typical stages of a project include:
I. Information Gathering
We begin with a conversation with our clients to understand projects’ goals, budget, and timeline. We discuss strategies and align expectations.
II. Schematic Design
Once the groundwork is set, our team utilize all possible resources to put together a schematic design (aka. “SD”) that best represents the client’s vision. We will meet and discuss with out clients the rationales and logic of the SD.
III. Design Development
When clients are in agreement with our SD, our team further develops the details of design. Each project is unique, but in this stage, we check against building codes, city zoning by-laws, accessibility standards and other applicable design guidelines. By end of this stage, clients will be able to use our design package to further project phases.

We understand that design projects can be daunting and time consuming.
We offer 1-hour design consultation service for $250 + HST to help you move forward with your project.
During each session, our Creative Director listens to your current problems and/or ideas; discusses possible design solutions while sketching them out on paper. At the end of each session, you will take away these sketches with a sense of relief.
To gain the best value out of our design consultation, we strongly recommend sharing available information ahead of time.
